In 2012 we took the leap and created LaCroket: a company dedicated solely and exclusively to signature homemade croquettes. No boring croquettes here. Ours are a perfect mix of ingredients that combine to create tastes that will not leave you indifferent. If you are one of those who dare to try new things, this is your place. Fry the croquettes in a pan with plenty of hot oil for 2 or 3 minutes
OIL FRYER
Fry with plenty of oil in a deep fryer at a temperature of 180º for 2 or 3 minutes
OVEN
Cook at 250° with hot air for 2 or 3 minutes and spray with oil beforehand.
AIRFAYER
Cook them at maximum temperature for 8 minutes. Spray the croquettes with oil using spray.
